AN EXPLANATION OF SHIPPING CHARGES & IOWA SALES TAX
To addresses inside the United States: We now offer a two-tiered pricing system for shipping books and tools in the United States. Our standard shipping method is via United States Postal Service Media Mail (or Retail Ground if the order includes tools). This is a 2-5 day service for most addresses, though the Post Office claims it could take up to 9 days. The cost for shipping via Media Mail is $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
If you want your order sent via USPS Priority Mail, the shipping cost for the first item is $13 and $3 for each additional item. Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service for most addresses.
To addresses in Canada: We ship using the Postal Service’s First-Class Package International Service. This is an airmail service. Shipping cost is $25 for the first item and $10 for each additional item.
To addresses outside the United States or Canada: We ship using the Postal Service’s First-Class Package International Service. This is an airmail service. Shipping cost is $36 for the first item and $18 for each additional item.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund all of your money if we are unable to ship the order in a cost-effective way. International (including Canada) shipping options have become more expensive and more restrictive in terms of weight limitations.

IOWA SALES TAX
A tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to Iowa addresses. This includes E-book and E-pattern sales.
